Welcome to Yumpass, a multi-vendor platform that connects users with a wide range of services including food delivery, grocery shopping, medicine, rentals, parcels, and more. By using our app or website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
By accessing or using the Yumpass platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy.

To use the app, you must be:

Yumpass connects customers with vendors and service providers for:
Restaurant food delivery
Grocery and medicine delivery
Parcel & logistics services
Fresh meat, fish, and vegetables
Rental services (where applicable)
Other hyperlocal products and services
Each vendor is responsible for their own inventory, delivery timelines, and pricing.
Orders placed through Yumpass are confirmed only after successful payment.
We use secure third-party payment gateways.
Prices listed on the app include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Orders once placed may not be modified. Cancellation policies vary per vendor.
Deliveries are handled by our own logistics or third-party partners.
Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed.
Inaccurate addresses, non-availability, or unreachable phone numbers may cause order failure or delay.

Refunds are applicable only under certain conditions such as non-delivery, order cancellation due to vendor fault, or wrong items delivered.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Vendors are solely responsible for the quality, safety, legality, and labeling of their products.
Yumpass acts only as an intermediary and is not liable for vendor negligence or misrepresentation.
You agree not to:
Use the platform for unlawful purposes
Attempt to hack, alter, or reverse-engineer the app
Post false reviews or mislead vendors/customers
Abuse, harass, or threaten any Yumpass staff, vendor, or customer
All content, branding, logos, and technology used on the platform are the intellectual property of Yumpass or its licensors.
You may not copy, reuse, or redistribute any part of the platform without permission.
Yumpass is not liable for:
Delays in service due to external events (e.g. traffic, weather, strikes)
Vendor errors, such as wrong item delivery or poor quality
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the transaction in question.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for violations of these terms or any applicable law.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your Company’s City, e.g., Mumbai/Delhi/etc.].
